Sales Manager

Job Summary:

To identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients, and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1) Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
2) Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
3) Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
4) Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
5) Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
6) Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
7) Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Experience & Knowledge :

1) Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering or related fields
2) At least 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing or related field; advantage to have if currently works as BDM in IT industry.
3) Age 30 and above
4) Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
5) Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
6) Excellent organizational skills.
7) Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
